Here’s a super easy, super yummy smoothie bowl as a nice mid-week pick me up.
- 2 whole mangoes (and juice) peeled and sliced
- 1 and 1/4 cups frozen strawberries
- 1/2 cup water
- Toppings of choice. I did this Pumpkin Flax Granola, blueberries and strawberries.
Makes 2 medium sized servings or 1 large serving.
